46 Delegates from across England and Wales

A 1-day “Female Participation Knowledge Exchange” event was held in Newport, Wales. Representatives from the health, sport and education sectors heard from a range of speakers. The key research findings and innovative intellectual outputs IO1 and IO2 were shared with delegates and they directly experienced some of the training activities used as part of the Train the Trainer event. In the afternoon, 9 young female coaches who were part of the Train the Trainer shared their journey and described the impact that their involvement in She Got Game has had for them. Delegates made special pledges from their learning about the project including to incorporate learning and resources into existing leadership programmes.
